What is you ordered the wrong fragrance and want to exchange?
Return back the fragrance to us and we will send you the correct fragrance. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unsend and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You can only exchange for another product or products which cost the same or higher within 7 days of receiving the goods provided it is unworn and unaltered condition. You need to pay for cost of shipping and returns
What if the bottle that you ordered was broken upon delivery?
You need to send us the picture of the broken bottle and we will send you the new fragrance. We will cover the cost of shipping to you.
What if we sent you the wrong fragrance than the ones that you ordered?
You need send back the wrong fragrance back to us and we will send you the correct ones. We will send you the correct ones. We will cover both shipping cost
